• Always quality feed,  choice of 2nd or 1st cut hay

• Social Environment: Horses are social animals. We encourage gentle herd dynamics, allowing your horse to thrive in a community of friends, if you wish. (else they can have their own paddock).

• We are a small operation with a 8 stall barn, so plenty of focus is on your horse .

• Frost free spigots in each paddock and regularly scrubbed troughs and buckets.

• Cameras in every stall.

• LED lighting in each stall and aisle.​​

• Misters in each stall for hot weather and to keep it relatively dust free.

• Plenty of eyes on your horse.  We have plenty of horsey neighbours (their houses surround the paddocks).  We are also an active stable, as four of the residents are in full work, so horses have frequent monitoring. 

• Whilst our preference is to accommodate retired or non ridden horses, light riding is permitted on property for the right individuals.   We have a  jump paddock and flatting paddock.  (Must be an experienced, independant confident rider).

• ​Depending on experience, trailering to trails, hunt and hunt pace fixtures may be an option.

• Our experienced staff is dedicated to ensuring the well-being of each horse. We offer tailored nutrition and plenty of love.
